What to Do If You Didn't Get an NES Classic Edition

Nintendo's NES Classic Edition is a tiny system with a controller and thirty games for sixty bucks. It's amazing. It's also basically impossible to find, because Nintendo only made about twelve of them.

So what do you do if you can't find an NES Classic Edition? The way I see it, you only have one option.

Make your own. With a little cardboard and some creativity, you can have a reasonable facsimile after just three to twelve hours of grueling work.

Now you might be thinking to yourself that something is missing. And you're right. To make the system feel more like the real deal, you simply need to mail sixty dollars to Nintendo.

With that done, you can enjoy your retro system with a clear conscience.
